Marco Polo Facility

OFD has provided support for Anadarko's Marco Polo facility since shortly after its installation. OFD follows Anadarko's MOC procedures to maintain all SEMS required documentation as well maintaining all applicable construction drawings. In this effort, OFD provides detailed engineering support for all Marco Polo brownfield modifications.

Eni Allegheny

OFD provided detailed engineering and design for Eni's Allegheny facility at GC-254 to allow addition of higher pressure subsea wells and gas lift through coiled tubing for existing flowlines. The project required demolition of existing equipment and addition of an HP Separator, Test Separator, and VRU. The design also included conversion of a Test Separator to a Water Skimmer, reconfiguration of the production manifold and re-staging of the HP compressor.

Mari-B Brownfield Project

OFD provided detailed design services to modify the existing Mari-B Platform to allow injection of up to 600 MMSCFD of gas for storage in the Mari-B reservoir and injection of up to 6,700 BPD of condensate into a dedicated well. The project involved modification and reuse of production and utility systems across the platform and required a deck extension to support the new equipment.

Helix Producer I Well Containment Modifications

OFD provided detailed design services for the Helix Producer I FPU to allow the facility to assist in containment efforts for the BP Macondo well incident. These temporary modifications included adding boarding and offloading lines, de-bottlenecking the flare system, and bypassing some production equipment. These modifications were later redesigned and reconfigured for permanent installation as part of a future well containment response effort.

Helix Energy Solutions Noonan Field Gas Tie-Back

OFD provided the detailed design, engineering, and procurement services for the topsides modifications of the EC 381 facility to receive the Noonan/Danny field tie-back.
