Noble Midstream Partners Detailed Design of three Central Gathering Facilities

OFD provided Noble Midstream Partners with detailed design, engineering, procurement services, and construction support for three new-build west Texas CGFs. With minimal equipment additions, these facilities are expandable to stabilizing 30K bpd oil and compressing-dehydrating 60 MMscfd gas. As configured in the photos, they can handle 60K bpd produced water.

BHPB Blackhawk NE Facility FEED

OFD provided a detailed FEED design for an onshore central facility in the Eagle Ford Shale production area, handling 200 MMSCFD and 50,000 BCPD. The facility included incoming gas and condensate pipeline receivers, separation, gas compression, gas dehydration, condensate stabilization, NGL handling, and utilities.

Karnes Facility Modifications

OFD performed detailed engineering design for the modification of BHPB's existing Karnes facility.

TEPPCO Port Arthur Products Terminal

OFD provided detailed design, engineering, and procurement services for TEPPCO's Port Arthur Products Terminal. This gasoline and distillate tank farm located in Port Arthur, Texas consists of eleven gasoline and ten distillate tanks (ranging in size from 100,000 bbl to 400,000 bbl), a pit manifold system, approximately 20,000 hp of pumps, inbound and outbound metering, and an electrical substation.
